Freedom Voice Review

This Freedom Voice review offers information on the Freedom Voice phone systems, FaxFreedom, and their business voice over IP program.

The Freedom Voice homepage does not immediately make obvious their specific products and services, their number, or their type are not immediately obvious from a perusal of the Freedom Voice homepage. The image offers toll free 800 numbers and virtual local numbers, but the four text boxes below mention 800 numbers twice, Virtual Phone Systems, and FreedomIQ Hosted VoIP PBX, with no mention of local numbers at all. At the bottom of the page, with no mention anywhere else, is a menu listing AdTrakker, for capturing caller information, and FAXFreedom, an Internet Fax Service. And more products and services with no mention on the home page at all turn up on subsequent pages. Here’s the sum of what could be found with a thorough scan:

• An 800 number or other toll free number for your business

• Toll free number transfers

• A vanity toll free number

• FAXFreedom Internet Fax Service, available separately and as part of the Virtual Phone System (see below) allows the sending and receiving of faxes online without a fax machine. Incoming faxes can be forwarded to your email automatically, and your choice of a local or toll free fax number is included in your service. There are three levels of plan:

FaxEdge is the intermediate plan and includes 400 pages/month

• Virtual Phone System—This service provides an auto attendant, call forwarding, ACD call routing, voicemail service, Internet fax service, call screening, call blocking, and call forwarding, which can be to a mobile service if you choose, and for an additional charge, Call Queue. This plan has three levels:

FreedomStart is the introductory level program with 5 voicemail boxes, 300 minutes, and additional minutes at $0.049 each
FreedomEdge is the intermediate program with 25 voicemail boxes, 1000 minutes, and additional minutes at $0.049 each
FreedomSuite is the most comprehensive plan with 100 voicemail boxes,

2500 minutes, and additional minutes at $0.039 each.

Each plan includes a local number or a toll-free number and an Internet control panel. Professional voice talent to record scripts for auto attendant and voicemail greetings is available for an additional charge. Other additional services include voicemail transcription and call recording and storage.

• FreedomIQ is a business VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) phone system, a hosted VoIP PBX that is handled by a remote provider. The service is scalable and requires a broadband Internet connection and VoIP phones, phones that are configured so that they can place and receive calls via the Internet instead of via analog phone lines.

• AdTrakker is a lead capturing service for professionals in the real estate and mortgage business.

None of these plans include calls to mobile, special service, or premium phone numbers.

The two Lingo business VoIP plans provide 500 calls in the US and up to 45 countries or unlimited calls to the same area, but do not include calls to mobile, special service, or premium phone numbers.

Lingo Mobile is a service that allows you to make international calls at Lingo rates from a mobile phone.
